I'm so lucky! Melissa flew me out to Fiji to do makeup for her wedding events! Message from Bride: "5 Stars" Carina just did my wedding in Fiji and she was unbelievable. She was always ready to touch up throughout our events. She is truly fantastic at what she does and even dabbled in hair for me! Could not imagine my event better than it was thanks to her. Now I need lessons when I get home so I can look that good always!

Thank you so much for the excellent job you did on my make-up and my mothers. From the moment I met you your personality made me feel at ease. You were obviously knowledgeable about make-up, but also so friendly and professional. I knew on the day of the wedding it would be fun to see your smiling face. And the day of... you swept in early (which I loved!), had your make-up "arena" set up in minutes, and were at work on my mother before I knew it. As I mentioned... I've never seen her with so much make-up..

Carina.....A+ I LOVE HER!!! She really did a wonderful job. Carina is so nice and really does such a beautiful job. My Maids, Mom and I looked wonderful after Carina was done with us. One of my BM doesn't wear much makeup and was really worried that she would look funny with all that makeup on was very pleased with her appearance. Carina was on time and very pleasant to work with. I would totally recommend her, in fact I already told my DH that I want a makeup lesson with her for x-mas. If you are toying with the idea of not using a makeup artist I highly suggest you reconsider. Carina knew just what makeup would look good outside, inside, in photos and in person.

Carina - "A+++++++++++++++" - Do I even need to say anything, I think her reputation speaks for itself. All of the girls at my wedding looked so beautiful. Carina is Amazing. She is so professional, but still fun. She was on time and all the girls got done on time. She even had time to cover my daughters black eye and cut under her eye... (she slipped in the bath 2 days before the wedding). You couldn't even see it.... If you can get Carina, book her quick.... She Rocks!

All little girls want to be a princess on their wedding day. For me, looking beautiful has everything to do with natural beauty and feeling good about myself. For this reason, I have always been nervous about having too much makeup on and looking overdone. Carina completely understood my philosophy of being a beautiful, natural bride. I have to say, that she knew how to exactly combine her art with my needs.

Makeup was the one thing that scared me the most, above any other vendor that I hired. I usually do my own makeup. In fact, I'm the girl that does all of my girlfriends' makeup too when we go out...so it was hard for me to let go on this day and let someone else do it...especially because not ONCE have I ever had someone do my makeup in such a way that I liked it as well as I did it myself. Nobody ever seemed to "get it." So why did I decide to hire one at all? I figured that although I do my makeup well for everyday, I didn't know a thing about how my makeup needed to look for photographs. After probably 9 different makeovers in my life, I thought perhaps I was just too critical. Not so...and I knew that after I met Carina. I was so scared to go look in the mirror when she said "Okay, you can go look now and then you can just let me know what we need to change." I peered into the mirror with dread....and almost cried when I saw that it was perfect! I didn't want to change even one thing...and that has NEVER happened to me. The day of the wedding was even better than the trial...she made me, my mom, and my cousin all look beautiful. She's one amazing artist and I feel lucky that I found her. In addition to being a great artist, she is really sweet and down to earth, and I was happy to see her on my wedding day :)
